The space
Designed for comfort and connection, the property features multiple living areas — a sun-filled main lounge, a quiet dedicated office, and an upstairs media room — giving everyone space to unwind at their own pace.
The expansive back patio opens to sweeping greenbelt views and nightly sunsets. Enjoy the oversized hot tub, gather around the fire table, or reset in the barrel sauna and cold plunge. For guests traveling with approved pets, the home includes a convenient dog door offering easy access to the outdoor area.
✔️ House Rules
• Maximum 12 guests
• No events, weddings, or bachelor parties
• Max 2 well-behaved, pre-approved dogs. $150 per pet fee applies and is collected after booking.
• To help maintain the home and provide peace of mind for all guests, a standard stay protection applies after booking.
Guests may choose one of the following options prior to check-in:
• A refundable $1,250 safety deposit hold, or
• A $150 non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear
